As for the plumbing, run all -6 AN hose for supply and return. AN sizing is in 16ths of an inch so -6 = 6/16 or 3/8". You can get -8 to -6 reducers for the fittings on the cell.

If it were mine, i would run new line from the front to the rear for both the supply and the return lines. As well as the brake line, cause once you start messing with them, they will just start leaking somewhere else. Return line at 0psi so that looks clear. Checked temp sensor and ohm readings go down when warm. Map sensor checks OK. Grounds and voltage to the ECM is good. New coil and timing set at 8 BTDC Vacuum lines are all new and confirmed correctly hooked up. When I installed the used kit I used new O2, Coolant sensor, and fuel filter.

This is the fuel supply line, the return line, and the tank vent. I have everything disconnected and the tank is already removed. However, I can't seem to extract the 3 lines.

If it's the line with your fuel filter, it's the pressurized side of the fuel system, if it's the other line it is the return line. If you test the fuel pressure at the fuel rail with a pressure tester it should read about 32 psi with the vacuum hoses all attatched, if it does indeed read ...If it's only leaking while it's RUNNING AT the tank, it's most likely your return line and/or hose clamp.
